Returns and Exchange

Approved returns will receive store credit at Etnica. Our inventory is constantly updated with creative and bold trends, so we cannot guarantee the availability of items or desired sizes.

We process returns within 7 business days, after which a store credit will be issued. To initiate a return, use the email address associated with your order and choose the "store credit" option. You will receive return instructions, including a return ID and the return address, via email.

Please note that returns are only valid within 30 days of the delivery date. To receive a store credit, items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and the return postcard. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

If it has been 7 business days and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at sales@etnica.ca with your order number (#XXXX), return request ID, and return tracking number. Our store credits never expire.
