HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER

We ship worldwide from Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Express/Priority orders Schedule

1-2 days processing

1-2 days shipping,

Total l time 2-4 business days (US and Canada)
4-8 days shipping,

Total time 5-10 business days (Europe)

Total time 5-10 business days (Australia & International)

Weekends and holidays not included

Please allow up to 15 business days during holidays and sales.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
  • We constantly strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, as a result we start processing your order as soon as it is received. For this reason we unfortunately will not be allowing order cancellation. Once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it 

    • SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are unable to edit your address. Please make sure, apt, suite numbers as well as postal and Zip codes are provided and are correct and complete.
    • EDITING ORDERS: We are unable to make changes to your order once it is confirmed as we process orders immediately they are confirmed. Please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes. We have our size charts in the item descriptions of each item, we also have tips for choosing the best sizing options.

     

    • DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

     

    Approved returns will be processed for a store credit.


    Please read the return policy below before requesting a return.

    Use the email address associated with your order for your return.

    Order numbers are written as #XXXXX

    Choose store credit to complete your return request, after which your return ID will be provided and return instructions will be emailed to you.

    Returns are only valid within 30 days after delivery date, If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve your return request.

    Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit.

    If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

    Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, where possible. 

    All items must be returned in original condition (including return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.



    SHIPPING

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable; shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

    Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.

     

    REFUNDS

    We unfortunately do not offer refunds. Orders can only be returned for a store credit.


    EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


    We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

    We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.



    If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact us at sales@etnica.ca with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.

     The store credit does not expire.

     

    •  CLEARANCE ITEMS

       

      We do not accept returns on clearance & Sales items (final sale). 

      DAMAGED ITEMS

      If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at sales@etnica.ca

       

      PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

      Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

      Pre-order items have their shipping date posted in the description.

      If you order has a pre-order item all the items will all ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item.
